Question / Help Streaming w/ iMac Pro 2017 - laggy/stuttering stream

hi there.
new to OBS so still learning.
I'm streaming zoom meetings to Twitch, Youtube, Facebook and Insta for various projects.
my last stream was very laggy/stuttery.
my basic machine specs are:
iMac Pro (2017)
3.2 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W
32GB DDR4 RAM
Radeon Pro Vega 56 8GB
My upload speeds are usually between 48 and 50 Mbps.

Hi, I have the same iMac Pro and also experience lag. The best setting using Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder is still causing 5 seconds lag in my stream. If I use H264 and ultrafast encoding, the lag is 7-13 seconds, depending on buffer, key frame and profile settings. I am using Twitch and Webinarpress on my website. Still hunting for the best settings.
