Question / Help Streaming VLC keeps buffering on YouTube

I'm trying to stream my bee hives at the following.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMa4_OUKIGI

The problem I'm running into is OBS software itself stops seeing the camera every so often, and I have to set the media source by just clicking edit and OK (not changing anything). Looking at my security camera setup and some other things. OBS is the only thing that keeps dropping and not picking up the cam. I figure what's going on is the wireless IP camera drops for a fraction of a second. OBS flips out, and it won't reconnect. I tested this theory with forcing it to go down by a reboot, and it seem to confirm my theory. Anyways, does anyone have a solution for this? Below is the logs. I took out the username and password
(NOTE I have tried it with the media source restart playback on connect and unchecked. It should also be noted this is the first thing I really tried streaming.)

Oh and the numbers, I tried to match them to what the camera is outputting. But idk if that is messing it up. It didn't seem to change it from the default.

playing around I'm near a 100% that it's the OBS not reconnecting with the camera after it loses signal.

I'm having a nightmare of a time to getting obs to work with my wireless ip camera In short if the camera disconnect for a split second then it won't reconnect. With vlc, iSpy, and just looking at it the camera works.

I'm figuring now if I can't get the camera to stay connected Maybe running it through vlc and streaming it to obs to stream it to YouTube might be the way to go.

1. Is there a version problem with obs and vlc? Like will it work with the older versions of vlc but not the newer. If so, which version should I use?
2. How do I go about streaming something from vlc to obs?

Oh and the reason why I'm not going to screen capture the video to stream it is this is going to run on a security camera server with a single monitor

UPDATE: I might of fixed the problem. I think the encoder was being overloaded and I lowered the FPS. I think that helped.
