Question / Help Streaming Video Provider Service

I have a client who wants to use Streaming Video Provider https://www.streamingvideoprovider.com/ as the stream server. That name doesn't appear in the list of streaming service and I don't see a way to put a RTMP URL into the OBS encoder. Can I use OBS for this or must I use a different encoder?

You can pick "Custom" as the streaming service and enter an RTMP URL.
