Hey folks, hoping for help! We are live streaming to vimeo from one computer. That vimeo stream becomes a simulcast, it goes out to Youtube & Facebook in 16:9. On another computer, we installed obs and setup a stream for Instagram in 9:16 (using Yellow Duck as the pass through). In OBS we created a 9:16 background and then added a browser imput. We load the 16:9 Vimeo video link into the browser input so it is properly showing in Instagram without the being cropped. Works like a charm in every way EXCEPT... The video from the browser input looks very choppy. We are not even close to overloading CPU or bandwidth. Only shows a new frame every 3 seconds. Is there a way to make this look full res, show all the frames?
