Question / Help Streaming video freezes but audio continues.

So I've been trying to use OBS to stream my churches service on Facebook Live. But every time I do, with in five and ten minutes the video freezes but the audio continues. On top of which, there is a slight static in the audio that I haven't been able to resolve.

I have the same issue when recording. It freezes up the video but the audio still continues to record. Its been happening since the last update. Have no Idea what the problem is though. I posted here too still kinda waiting to hear back.
