Streaming video and audio from two (or three) different sources.

Hello. I'm sorry if this question already got asked. I tried to comb through the forum but couldn't find any answer that fitted. If there is, please feel free to redirect me. (Sorry for any mistakes/misspelling... English is not my first language)

I'm currently opening my company and I discussed the possibility to stream my artistic process on twitch with my counselor. I already have a twitch channel where I used to play video games and stream both audio and video from the same computer.

But this time it's going to be a little more complicated for me because I draw on a Surface and, as it has only one USB slot, I may not be able to record both sound and video from it (I have a very good mic but the one from my Surface is not, unfortunately) I even considered the fact of using my phone to record me on the side.

To put it plainly here would be the perfect setup:
My stream would show my Surface screen but not audio.
My audio would be coming from my desktop computer and I may use the screen for showing references.
And if possible, my phone would be recording me in real time from another angle and would be on one side at the bottom or top of the stream (as you can see it on some streaming channel where they just record their camera.)

(I don't know if it helps but my desktop computer is a rog strix g12cx and I use a Surface pro 7 to draw, both are using windows 11. My phone is a Xiaomi note 7, so it runs on android using the MIUI 12.0.3 layer)

I currently have no money to buy new hardware/software and I have a disability (plus English is not my first language) so please, explain this to me like I was 5.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for answering me. Have a great day.
