This issue is driving me insane...
First of all, the stats of my system.
Download speed: 70 Mbps
Upload speed: 16 Mbps
OBS settings
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 12000
Keyframe: 0
CPU Usage Preset: veryfast
Profile: None
Tune: None
Output Resolution: 1920x1080
FPS: 60
Trying to stream on Youtube.
Frame rate is fine. The problem is that whenever I move my character the screen blurs a lot. When staying still it gets better but still not top quality...
The problem is that a friend of mine streams games with far lesser internet speeds and PC specs and yet his stream are almost crystal clear. He is using the xact same OBS configuration as well and the test we did was with the same game. As such there is something wrong on my side (could it be some windows setting? firewall?).
He told me that this may have to do with my internet profile that may be set at Interleaved instead of Fastpath. Anyone knows about that (my internet provider definitely didn't...)
