Streaming at 1080p 60fps (and getting a tested ~80-100MBPS upload on a pure fiber-optic line), I have no problem streaming to Youtube when selecting "stream now", however, whenever I attempt to stream with a "scheduled event" the video doesn't upload. I've changed all of my ingestion settings to match what Youtube recommends (one-time key) perfectly, and I'm doing nothing differently with OBS/my camera setup compared to "stream now". This seems to happen regardless of when I stream or how far in advance I set up the event. The only time I've even sort of gotten it to work was exactly one time when I clicked "start streaming" in OBS on the very second the event was scheduled to start in which Youtube claimed to have recognized the software and considered the connection "good", however no video or audio actually went through (tested on another computer; ran for ~20 minutes and got nothing the whole time; still "waiting for...to stream"). Further, it doesn't seem to matter if I activate the stream in OBS "early" or "late", and I don't consider synching clocks to the second practical. What am I doing wrong?
