Question / Help Streaming using AverMedia LGP Lite

Hello there! I'm trying to stream using the AverMedia LGP Lite capture card using OBS' video capture device function. Everything is fine until I listen back to the audio and it's like this https://www.twitch.tv/videos/162384608 if anyone has a solution i'd appreciate any help! Thanks!

Almost sounds like you have mismatch between Hz on the source and capture. Or a similar setting. Post the OBS log file?

You have old version (17.0.2), please try 19.0.3.
Use 48kHz for global audio (LGP recognite HDMI signal as 48kHz).
Other question is LGP 720x480 is lower quality.

Is that an old version of OBS I have? I'll try updating it. Thank you.
