Streaming Two Cameras

I am very new to OBS and am trying to stream two different weather web cameras to Youtube. For some reason I cannot get both to work at the same time. This after installing the OBS multiple RTMP plugin. I have or thought I have been following what instructions I could find. Any help/advise would be very much appreciated. I am running OBS on a windows computer.

Figured it out and now working just fine.
