Question / Help Streaming to YouTube Broken Up Into Multiple Streams.

I tried to stream to YouTube yesterday for a single constant stream. (My first time streaming for more than about half an hour). Someone I know was watching the stream and kept asking in a text to my phone if I was still streaming. They had to keep clicking on it from my channel to start back watching it. When I looked at my channel afterwards, it showed that the stream was broken up into multiple streams.

I believe I have the log. Didn't know I needed it for posting here to help, till a little while ago. But was yesterday about this time I started the stream. I hope it is the right one: https://obsproject.com/logs/oZDxFp9zy6UN3FNh

This is my YouTube channel where it shows the stream broken up into 7 different videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC64n7tnIL_7Jw1oY6remyQg/videos

I have been trying to find out what might have caused it, and what I might be able to do to fix it. I did see, and read this: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/

From my understanding, I think it could be OBS settings I have, or it could be my internet provider, or even YouTube itself. But, I am not really sure if this is the same thing, because it about "lags/buffers/loads constantly for my viewers" and doesn't say anything about reasons YouTube might be breaking up my stream into multiple videos. If there is not any known fix for this at this time (if any is possible), I am wondering if I might need to change some of my settings to possibly help.

My Rate Control is set to: CBR
Bitrate is: 2500
CPU Usage Preset is: veryfast (though I have been told it can be set higher from someone else).

Hardware:
i7 8700K
32GB RAM
GTX 1080ti
ASUS Maximus X Code mobo (I was using the mobo built-in wifi for streaming, but can go with wired if that will help).
Single TV used as a monitor. Base (Canvas) Resolution 3840x1260 / Output (Scaled) Resolution 1920x1080.

I am not sure if I need to change any settings, or do anything else that might help. If you need more information, please let me know and I will get it as soon as I can. I am not too good at computer tech stuff, so might need simple instructions to find or do something. Please be patient with me.

Thanks in advance,

Razar.

You are being disconnected from the YouTube ingest server.

YouTube presents this as multiple videos because for their systems, this is indistinguishable from you just stopping the stream manually and restarting it.

The issue is either on your local network or with your internet provider.

Thank you so much. I have disabled all of the Windows 10 gaming features. I will be streaming a different game later today, and will give it a try. Hope it helps, and is not an issue I am unable to fix here.

Thanks again,

Razar.
