Question / Help Streaming to Twitch with lag / stuttering

Hello,

I'm a new user of OBS studio and I'm not really happy with my quality of streaming.
I tried World of Warcraft as an example to stream on Twitch, but sadly it wasn't very great.
The quality is perfect when standing still in a calm area (few NPC's etc., people that play this game will know what I mean), but as soon as I move or attack a hostile, the game starts lagging and stutterring. It's only in the stream, not in the game.

Can someone help me with this please? Maybe some settings I forgot or something.
Thanks!

You're trying to cast at 1080p at 60fps at 2000 bitrate. Your bitrate isn't high enough to sustain the quality you want. Twitch's max allowed is 3500.I would try going to Video and downscaling to 1280x720 at 60fps. Your Video png says you're casting at 1280x720 at 30fps but your log says different. Try 1280x720 60fps at 3500. It won't be 'perfect' by any means but it'll be better. If you're looking for perfection then you're looking in the wrong place. ;-)

Thank you for the reply.
How is it possible that my settings say 1280x720 and the log says 1920x1080? Sounds weird to me.
I will try what you gave me as advice.
