Question / Help Streaming to Twitch Creative?

I just want to know what the bare minimum requirements would be to live stream drawing and painting on Twitch creative. I've no interest in streaming games or anything at the moment, just for artistic purpose right now.

What would be the bare minimum requirements, I have a logitech C920, and would like the quality to be at least 720p. My internet speed is (Download 21.31 Mbps) and (Upload 16.60 Mbps), so I think my internet is fairly okay.

I appreciate any advice on what I need in terms of a desktop pc, hardware, software, all that stuff.

If you have some selections to choose from this would be better for us, but if only Webcam then even a $400+ pc can stream this.
OBS Studio will be fine. You may want to pay more attention to your room setup with lighting and good audio.

Thanks for replying, yeah I've got a tight budget for what I can afford. At the moment I only have my old PC, but I'm not sure if that is good enough?

This is my laptop's specs:

HP Pavilion dv7
AMD Turion (tm) X2 Dual Core Mobile RM-75
2.20 Ghz
4 GB Ram (3.75 usable)
ATi Radeon Graphics
64 x
Windows 7

So I don't think that would be good enough?
