Streaming to other platforms is okay but in facebook we are having bad connections

You have a network throughput problem

if truly ok to other platforms, then I'd look at any security software or other that might be interfering like Avast on your system, and any custom settings on firewall/routers, etc

I just recently reformatted my pc but still the same problem. Our audience is onyl at facebook

Understood. You most likely need to troubleshoot and fix your network (WAN most likely, slight possibility it is LAN), or find someone who will do it for you

this is not going to help with a problem that only happens with a single streaming provider
