Question / Help Streaming To Facebook Doesn't Go HD

Hello,

I set up OBS with my HMDI capture card this week. I have it streaming Xbox One gameplay to my Facebook page and everything works great except on thing - the live stream on FB won't show in HD.

I have OBS set in Video settings to:
Base: 1920X1080
Output: 1280X720
FPS: 30
Bitrate: 2500

Stream is set to:
Stream Type: Facebook Live

I've Googled all over the place and haven't come up with anyone having this same issue. If it's capturing in HD - and outputting in HD - the Facebook live stream should be HD? It seems to work for others using Facebook Live to stream Xbox One gameplay just not for me.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas or if any further details are needed on my end to figure out the issue.

Attached is the log file from my last stream test earlier. Still no HD on FB's end.

I'm thinking the problem is here:

It looks to me like it's adjusting the output from 1280x720 to 720X480 (or would that still show as HD on FB's end?
