Streaming to a laptop

Hi, I run a face to face Role Playing Game and would like to stream an instance of Fantasy Grounds (a desktop application) to a Windows 10 tablet, so my players can see their character sheets and maps on the tablet when I want them to. Ideally they can pass the tablet around and view a section of the desktop I am streaming.

Is this possible without any significant delay? - Would it be real time and could some kind soul post a guide as to how I might do this? I've looked at the guides and can't seem to find exactly what I am after.

How about something more simple for just screen or app sharing than OBS?

If your Windows 10 tablet has the Quick Assist function that usually comes with Windows 10, try this.

And you can use the Chrome Remote Desktop plugin by Google.

I only want it to capture a specific desktop screen. I have two instances of Fantasy Grounds running on the same computer. One for Me and one for my players. Obviously I don't want the players able to see what I can see and when I make changes on my screen, need the screen I am streaming to updated with little or no delay.

Thanks for all replies.

Ah okay. Thank you. I'll not be there to have access to the tablet to next week but I'll give that a try and get back to you. Cheers.

With the sharing tools I mentioned you are able to select single apps, so you don't need to share the whole display.
Forget NDI. This is like using a microscope to hammer a nail. If you want to get your work done, use a simple tool.

Sorry to be a pain, but with Fantasy Grounds app running twice on my PC ( a host connection and a client connection). How exactly would I only share one version of the app with my tablet? I'm using Chrome Remote Desktop. But I can't seem to work out how to only stream just the client instance of FG. When I switch back to the host view - it changes on the tablet too. I only want the tablet to be able to see the client connection.

Hope that makes sense - also can it be done on OBS?

It seems both only share a whole monitor, not single apps. Sorry, I thought you were able to select distinct app windows.
