Hey Guys, can someone help to set my OBS acordingly to my computer?

I did but it still lags on stream

Presumably you are streaming to twitch in which case the standard configuration is 720p 30fps 2000-2500 bitrate. Any more than this and your viewers will struggle with buffering.
