Streaming through a mobile phone and OBS suddenly stops and won't recognize phone again

So it is Christmas Eve, I am livestreaming a sparse church service because of Covid and no one is allowed to attend. I am streaming to YouTube through a mobile phone and my laptop, connected to wifi and things are going along okay. Suddenly the streaming ends about 10 minutes in and no matter WHAT I do, I cannot get OBS to recognize the droidcam again. I tried to restart the computer, reboot the software and the internet connection but NOTHING. I finally connected to YouTube via the webcam on my laptop without OBS, but for some reason, I could not get images, just the audio. Any ideas how to fix such a problem? We may try to stream services again in the future
