I want to stream games on 720p 30fps fast action games like CS GO, Destiny and some slow action games like dota 2 please help me with obs settings

PC Specs
Core i5 2500k
8gb ddr3 ram
gtx 660

Internet Speed
Download 15mb
Upload 6mb

1) Nvenc ( hardware ) or x264 (Software)
2) Encorder preset if Nvenc or Encorder preset if x264
3) Bit rate
4) Key frame interval
5) Bframes

Any other settings ?

I used following settings for stream but there was a sudden lag in video please see the sample

Nvenc , Encoder Preset quality , 1800bit rate , key frames 2 , bframes 4

On twitch i can only go up to 1800kpbs above that packet starts to drop as i test in twitch speed test tool, While on facebook i can go up to 3500kpbs
