Question / Help Streaming settings and performance

When I stream my FPS in-game is around 100-120 but it feels like its around 30-40 fps.My internet is 91 down and 41 up. My specs are a Ryzen 2700x at 4.1 GHz and a RTX 2070, I use the auto settings where OBS selects the best presets. I stream at 720p 48fps.
 
Do you mean the in-game performance, or on-stream? Please post a logfile from a live streaming or recording session, as it requests when you open a new thread. There are instructions on how to do so in a pinned thread at the top of the forum.
