Streaming Rocket is Laggy for my viewers on twitch and youtube

Everytime I stream Rocket League my viewers check my gameplay and say its laggy and when I check it too its laggy, is their anyway to fix this problem. Also its only for Rocket league, when I play Valorant it is just fine, its just rocket league.
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Now its change, I don't have critical, now that i followed most of them when i stream Rocket League WIll it still be laggy
 
Start OBS, do some streaming that has the issue, stop streaming and then Upload Current Log File.
