Question / Help Streaming Retroarch with Open Broadcaster Software

Having some problems streaming Retroarch with OBS. Tried Game Capture and Windows Capture with Retroarch set with GL video driver. Game Capture does not work (nothing appears in OBS), Window Capture is stuck on the first frame.

Display Capture works and other programs (including emulator) also work.

Any help is appreciated.
