I noticed that you can create a Video Capture Device Source and select a USB connected iOS device as device. It's working like a charm.
But what i wanted to know is if you can record the audio from that device as well?
I know there are the QuickTime and Window Capture ways to do it and then you can probably route the audio from QuickTime someplace else to get it into OBS... but this seems to be quite inefficient.
I tried making a combined Multi-Output Device in the Audio Midi Setup program. But you can't have the iOS device be enabled there and have the capture be enabled from OBS at the same time. Seems to be mutually exclusive.
So is there a way to have my cake and also eat it?
