So I've been looking around trying to figure it out looking at guides and stuff but I'm still kinda stuck, so I'm using Elgato HD60 and doing test streams on twitch playing overwatch, I'm trying to run it at 720 @60fps but it gets blurry once all the action starts happening, if anyone has any suggestion I would highly appreciate it.
