Question / Help STREAMING PS4 ON TWITCH THROUGH LAPTOP

I currently have a i3-2310 2.10ghz and 4gb ram laptop and Im able to stream FPS' at 480p...sometime there's lag, sometimes there's not. Im not satisfied with the picture since its pretty blurry and i was wondering what type of laptop specs should i upgrade to? My budget is $500. If anyone's able to point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it! I'll be streaming mostly Call of Duty/Overwatch
