Question / Help Streaming problems

Hey Guys,

a problem occured in my latest steams and im looking for a fix here.

When i first start my stream, its like i have no connection and my stream runs extremely bad or not running at all. (Log1)
But after a full PC restart my stream runs just fine. (Log2)

Hope someone out there can help me :>

Yes, second time was better, just minor problems

Maybe during first session ther was another proccess using your network and causing that stalls.
