Question / Help Streaming Problems with Obs Studio

tried to stream 1920x1080 with 3500 bitrate but it came out blurry/fuzzy when I made any alot of movements in-game. I have GTX 980ti and Intel i7- 6700. I tried a lot of stuff but nothing helped me with my problem so plz HEEEEELLPP!!!

Try lowering to 1280x720 and add 60 fps (assuming you have 30 fps now). It will be heavy for a lot of your viewers to watch, but it would make it less blurry.

What Korlian wanted to say was. 3500 is not enough for 1080p combined with quick movements.
You could increase your bitrate, but you sure will lose some viewers. Or you could choose a slower preset(faster, fast, medium), if you have enough cpu ressources.
But overall it has reasons why even big streamers using just 720p
