Streaming problem

Hello everybody,
i have a problem on the mac.

I can't stream on youtube at 1080p but only at max 720p.

I also have the same problem on Mac M1 Pro, while with the same configurations, on Pc I can manage in 1080p (nvidia encoder).

Can you help me?
