Hey everyone!
I am currently trying to stream Warzone on Twitch at 1080p 60fps however my stream is extremely pixelated :( I have tried several options: downscaling to 720p/30fps/900p/etc, encoding with cpu x264, upping bitrate to 6000 but regardless I still have a choppy, blurry and pixelated stream, especially when turning quickly left and right. Is this a processor issue and is it extremely beneficial to upgrade to a Ryzen 3700x?

My OBS settings are as follows:
encoder NVIDIA NVENC (new), output reso 1280x720, bicubic downscale filter, 60 fps, CBR, 4500 bitrate, keyframe 2, preset quality, profile main, look-ahead off, psycho visual tuning on, gpu 0 and max b-frames 2
