I'm assisting my friend. She streams Paladins off her Macbook Pro on low bandwidth wireless internet. I've lowered her downscale setting significantly. Her stream stutters a lot. My question: Is the cause her lack of bandwidth, or limited CPU resources, since it's integrated graphics? FYI: I'm don't personally know how to calculate how much bandwidth her OBS settings are attempting to upstream. Any and all suggestions are welcome, and thank you in advance for your time.
