Question / Help Streaming on Twitch with OBS Lag/Freeze

Hi everyone, since 1 week I try to stream with OBS, can you help me ? Sorry for my english, je suis français ^^

Description of my problem(s) :

When I start stream in Custom, my stream is OK, but when I start real game the stream is VERY lagy and there are Freeze and lag and much other, I don't know why..

Configuration :

Nvidia GeForce GT 630M 1GB
IntelCore i5
10 MO Upload

Hello,

Je suis français et je peux peut être t'aider de mon côté.
Il faudrait que tu donnes le setting que tu mets pour stream.

Si tu n'es pas partenaire twitch, dans la partie encodage:
Encodage : x264
Redimensionnement en 1280x720
Bitrate: 2000/2300 (à 2500 twitch freeze il faut que ton kb/s soit en dessous de cette valeur)
Compression: veryfast (si tu mets faster ou fast, le rendu sera plus beau mais l'occupation cpu plus haute)

Voilà teste ca deja pour voir si ça fonctionne. Autrement tu peux me trouver sur twitch sous Sasmira comme chaîne ;)
