Hello everyone... was looking at obs setting yesterday and i noticed HQCBR as an encoder... can someone tell me what are the differences between normal CBR and if it actually make sense to use it on TWITCH?

CBR (constant bitrate) is advise to use on Twitch, or if you have Nvidia can use Nvenc.
