Question / Help Streaming on Twitch Issues

I am having trouble streaming on Twitch for the past 2 days. Frame rate drops and my stream gets pixelated when there is a lot of movement. I've been watching useless instruction videos on YouTube. Guess I'm the only one who uses OBS on a late 2015 iMac. My goal is to stream 1080p, 60fps on Twitch.

I use an AVerMedia Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus for my capture card
My iMac is a late 2015
Processor: 3.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 M395 2 GB

Your system is a little old to expect 1080p60 from. Try dropping to 1080p30 or 720p60. Your blurriness comes from connection problems - your log shows the bitrate adjusting constantly due to network conditions. If you think your connection is OK try turning off dynamic bitrate so OBS remains at a high bitrate.
