Question / Help streaming on my own how to

I installed OBS and used the Browser plugin to capture and resize a YouTube live broadcast, but the question I have impossible to answer is how do I rebroadcast this stream, with my own resizing, to the public from the same or another box in my own office. It can be either windows or Linux.

I am not going to use any paid service like Twitch, just my own Internet and computers.
Is there an easy answer?
