Hello OBS Community :)

I want to stream my music via video (mp4 file) to my Youtube Channel in a 24/7 Livestream.
In my test stream i used VLC Player and linked this in windows mode to OBS and than to youtube.
But i have a problem with my Internetspeed.
My Internet Speed in my village is very low so when i run OBS i can't do something else. :-(

So i try to google how can i run OBS on a Virtual Server but i found nothing that can help me.

Because in this moment i have no other solution.
So my questions are...

1. Is it possible to run OBS on a Privat Server?
2. If it possible, what Virtual Server do i need? (How fast or a direkt link to a service if it allowed here)
3. Should i better use another solution?

I hope someone can help me. :)

Sorry my English is not the best :P

1.) OBS requires a real GPU to be present on the server and those who have something like that are expensive (like 150$ per month and up)
2.) See above, e.g. https://www.ovh.com/us/dedicated-servers/gpu/
3.) If you just want to stream preexisting stuff you can do that with ffmpeg

Streaming a static image with music is possible with as little as ~300 kbit/s upload.
