Streaming OBS Theora ogg to icecast server error

I tried to stream ogg video to my icecast server with OBS Studio (version 25.0.8, but i tried newer versions), and I got this error after starting the stream. other codecs (like mpegts) works. How can i fix it?
I blured the password and the ip for safety.
