Question / Help Streaming LOL via OBS?

Hey y'all, was thinking of building a pc to stream league of legends while playing it at the same time. I tried to do so on a mac and it was very laggy to say the least haha. I was wondering if something with the below specs will be adequate to stream and play LoL on a PC. I have most of the parts below which is why I chose these specifically. Please let me know!
