Question / Help Streaming locks up PC, rendering me to force reset.

I'm having a issue where every time i stream Untured I have moments where the fps will drop to 25 or 15 the go back up to 75. (this never happens when I'm not streaming) plus My while PC locks up and I have to force reset it only when I'm streaming
