Hi,
First of all, thank you for reading this help forum. Forgiving me post this as a non-native English speaker.
I encounter a streaming problem that when I streamed league, my in-game fps drop to 30ish. Normally, I have 200 to 300 fps without streaming. One day, my obs works weird. I can stream rainbow 6 with stable 165 fps. But with League of Legends, I can't do it over 40 fps. Also, when I just click obs to open, my computer lag for a few seconds. I noticed this when I discord with my friend, I just open obs. All my friends' voices are lagging. If anyone knows what happened, please help me. Thank you for all your time.
