I haven't been dropping any frames even when I set the bitrate much higher (5k), speedtest.net says I have 12 Mbps upload and my internet provider said I'd be getting 10. I'm wondering what is causing my ms to fluctuate between 32-80 while streaming league when I should EASILY be able to stream even higher than 3k bitrate with ~12 upload.
