Question / Help Streaming issues

Hello all,
I need your help to try to figure out how to solve my problem.

Once before (3months ago) i had a i7 4790k + GTX 1070 + 16GB DDR3, and i was able to play in 1080p (5760x1080), with normal/high definitions, and about 100/120 FPS, and also streaming (30FPS 1080p) to youtube.
Now i have a new CPU build, i mean i've upgraded to a i5 8600k + GTX 1070 (same) + 8GB DDR4, and i am able to play with the same settings with 10%/20% FPS increase (140/150 FPS now), but when i try to stream the game starts to have breaks (but the FPS remains equal, i just feel stuttering), and the stream is no fluid in youtube with a lot of brakes...sometimes 20/30sec with image break, sound continues (30FPS 1080p)

what could i have doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

PC Specs:
i5 8600k @ 4,5Ghz
Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming
8GB DDR4 @ 2800Mhz
MSI GTX 1070 Gaming Z
Samsung SSD Evo 250GB
Cooler Master MasterLite 240

Log file?
If you play without an ingamge fps limit, you allow the game to fully load your components. Depending on the game and settings, your bottleneck might have shifted (from CPU to GPU bottleneck or vice versa).
A log with an recording/streaming attempt in it might show us, the bottleneck.

@BK-Morpheus i don't have a log file, because tried everything by my own, but cannot find a solution. But i will try with log enabled...
Maybe the games evolved, and started to need more resources, but even 2 years ago with a GTX970, didn't had any stuttering when broadcasting. But ok... I am playing Assetto Corsa and RFactor2...
Never needed to "cut" ingame FPS ... but i will try that fix...

However a friend of mine, has this setup:
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz 6MB Sk1155 + GTX 1080 + Gskill Ripjaws X DDR3-1600MHz 3x4GB
and zero problems.

I am wondering... are the OBS optimized for the new CPU's ? for example...because i see so many people asking for answers...
