Whenever I stream my dropped frames goes up into the 90%, while I have http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6050707714 as my internet speed, a few days ago I was streaming at 40FPS with no dropped FPS. I have a stream test from today, with high dropped frames, no encoding issues showing. http://pastebin.com/DszadY8S I have my bitrate set to 3000, anytips or fixes please?
