Question / Help Streaming Issues: Stream lag +Frame drop w/elgato. logs.

I used to use elgato hd60 beta 2.1 software to stream but after I finally upgraded to Yosemite last week I was getting encoding issues with that software and had to stop streaming from there. The switch to OBS has been great but today someone pointed out that I was dropping a lot of frames. I can't seem to fix the issue. Please help with logs and settings. I'm on a late 2011 macbook pro 15". Don't think it is internet issue but my stats are Down 300mbps Upload 450 mbps. Someone please let me know what you think?

A bitrate of 3500 is high, very high, most viewers won't be able to watch it anyways, so try to keep it more in the 1800-2000 range and you will probably notice, just as I once did, big improvements.

Also, don't use Window capture, it has very poor performance. Use Display capture instead.
