Question / Help Streaming issue, plz help

hey all. so i have been trying to stream some games for awhile now, but ever now and again sometimes from 3 minutes to 2 or 3 hours of streaming, i get this error message and crashes the whole computer with the error code and name:

now after that, i found the issue that was causing this as it was the modern. a telstra smart modem. but after doing some research and even upgrading drivers and virus software and even help from Microsoft as well. im still getting this error message and atm i cant seem to fix this issue and atm im running out of ideas and atm im now asking the pros for some help on this issue as i love gaming and always check b4 buying games that the computer can run them without issues. as well the computer is a couple of years old now. that should have any effect on this. this is my computer specs:

current drivers atm for the GeForce GTX 1070 is 416.94.
plz help me on this issues as atm its driving me crazy.
