We are trying to live stream church services but are frustrated by slow broadband/mobile connections. Can the live stream be recorded in OBS (for uploading to you Tube later) and only individual frames, like a slide-show, be grabbed, perhaps by a hotkey, for transmission to You Tube? This would have the effect of a real-time slide-show with accompanying audio and could be carried by the local "broadband" service.
