Question / Help Streaming in 2300 bitrate with 115 mb/s upload speed

Hello!

So I'm a streamer, and I've noticed that it's hard for me to go above 2300 bitrate in OBS because otherwise the stream and/or the games I play will lag. I find this weird, since my internet is top notch and better than most. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Here are my speccs and internet results.

Note that I'm also a Twitch affiliate. And should get priority according to Twitch.
