I know there is a million and one threads on here concerning streaming and how to get the best for your system. I was wondering if someone could help me cut through the clutter and tell me exactly what I need to do to get my stream quality better. I'm unsure what information someone would need but I'm running OBS with the x264 encoder? The only other option is AMD and people have said that isn't a good one to use, a bitrate of 6000, CBR, CPU Usage preset at medium and the keyframe interval at 0. The quality on OBS is perfect, save for some color changes but when I stream it to a website like ReStream.io, it becomes slightly pixelated. It's not laggy but the pixelation is getting frustrating as I used to be able to stream with perfect quality. I play on PS4 so it's not like my PC is running the game at the same time either so I'm unsure what is causing this and would really appreciate any help anyone is willing to give. Thanks in advanced
