Question / Help Streaming gets super choppy

Streaming lately any game i stream just gets SUPER choppy using x264. Ive tried just about anything. Lowering bitrate. Lower rescaling input. Everything. The stream continues to be very choppy and I cant pinpoint why. It is actually way less laggy/choppy if i use the GPU encoder. However I use a ryze 2700x CPU so it should be a lot more powerful than my rx 580. Anyone can help?

Turn off Windows Game DVR and remove the multi adapter compatibility mode (SLI Mode) on your game capture source.
You also might consider limiting your ingame fps to avoid bottlenecks and GPU rendering lag.
