Hey there,
Just started streaming my wife's fitness classes - so a bit of a noob, but excited to learn more. We are running off a Macbook, with an external webcam, an external floor mic to pick up their voices, and a direct audio input from an ipod>mixing board>macbook. We are streaming to Vimeo. Consistently, we are seeing the following once per stream:
1. Either the floor mic (picking up their vocals) OR the direct audio input (music) experience a period of static and distortion/garbled. Usually lasts anywhere from 20 seconds to 2 minutes in worst case. Sometimes it happens to BOTH, but not at the same time. It happens consistently only once per stream, per device. i .e. once it happens, it's over.
Seems to me to be some kind of audio buffering issue, but seeing as how I'm new to this, would love some help - thanks!
