Question / Help Streaming games in OBS and can't get Skype to work properly on the stream

So I am streaming from my page different games that i play. I have a friend who joins me and we communicate over Skype, which his audio comes through over the desktop and through the stream because of that. My issue is that when I try to pull his video (his cam through Skype) onto the stream it just comes through as black. I have tried different ways of getting his video on their through OBS but can't get it for whatever reason. Let me know if there is something I am missing or if I need to provide more information. Also I noticed too that when Skype is connected that my game sound gets really low. I am not to worried about that but if someone has an answer for that too lol
